Who runs the site
ElonMuskNetWorth.org is an independent publication by Luck. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Elon Musk, Tesla, SpaceX, xAI, X, Neuralink or The Boring Company. Questions about these terms go to business@luck.fyi.
What the figures are
The headline figure is the dated Forbes estimate, shown with its date and source. Our estimate moves that reading by the change in Tesla and SpaceX share prices since, and says so wherever it appears. Currency, gold, bitcoin and ether conversions use the dated rates and prices named beside them. The trajectory cases are illustrations, not forecasts.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell anything. Please do not rely on it to make a financial decision.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep every figure accurate and every source linked, but we cannot promise that a figure is complete, current or free of error. When we get something wrong, we fix it and record the fix on the corrections page.
Elon, the site’s index
Elon is an automated index that answers only from this site’s record. It is not Elon Musk, nothing it says is his words, and its answers can be wrong. Check anything important against the linked source.
Reusing our material
The snapshot graphics on the press page and the data files on the data page are offered under CC BY 4.0: credit ElonMuskNetWorth.org, link to the licence and say what you changed. The figure can be embedded using the embed page. The rest of the site’s text and design belongs to ElonMuskNetWorth.org; short quotations with a link back are welcome. Company names and marks belong to their owners and are used here only to identify them.
Other services and links
The site links to and draws on outside services, including Forbes, the European Central Bank, the Bank of Russia, CoinGecko, Robinhood, the optional TradingView quote panel and Telegram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we do not control them. What the site shares with them is set out on the privacy page.
Advertising and sponsorship
Sponsored placements are always labelled Sponsored and never change a figure, a source or an editorial decision. Prices on the support page are asking prices and can change. Nothing is booked until a written contract is signed, and we may decline any placement. No audience size, traffic or financial return is promised.
Fair use of the site
Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, or present our estimate as Forbes’ own figure.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any dispute.
